Delete your account

Delete it in the app

Open IlmSaathi and sign in.
Tap Me at the bottom, then the ⚙ settings icon at the top right.
Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out of every device.

Can't open the app?

Email ilmsaathi@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", and include your username. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your name, username, email, password and profile photo
All profiles in the account, including kids profiles and their progress
Reading progress, bookmarks, Namaz tracker, tasks, streaks and quiz history
Your devices and notification tokens; you are signed out everywhere
Bank and PAN details, if you were a mufti or seller

What we keep

Records of payments, donations, orders and payouts, without your name, for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 8 years).
Messages you sent in chats or family groups, and posts in shared spaces, may stay visible to others without your name.

Unused coins are lost when you delete your account, and deletion cannot be undone. If you only want a break, you can simply sign out.
